Welcome Home

Just a short time ago most buyers were priced out of the real estate market as home prices increased by five to ten thousand dollars every time a home was sold. Today all of that has changed. Though the Philadelphia real estate market did not see a major drop in home prices, the homes are very affordable for those buyers who were on able to purchase during the mid 2000's. Compared to the real estate markets around Philadelphia, such as New York, Baltimore and Washington, the Philadelphia real estate market is still very affordable.  This along with the home buyer's tax credit is making it possible for new buyers to purchase home in Philadelphia.

The Philadelphia real estate market has NOT been drastically affected by the national housing foreclosure and mortgage mess. As a matter of fact, Philadelphia home sales have remained steady in MOST neighborhoods throughout 2009 - with only a slight downward correction in home values. Philadelphia Real Estate has survived the national housing crises and possibly soon will see a slight swing upward!!!  Recent statistics show new homebuyers are flocking to the Philadelphia area...seeking our much Stabilized housing prices.

Famous for the birthplace of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, Philadelphia offers much more than cobblestone streets and historical landmarks. Cultural, culinary, artistic and ethnic treasures abound in this city and its surrounding countryside.

What makes Philadelphia so memorable is its unique blend of experiences that you have to discover in person. During the day, explore four centuries of history and architecture, beautiful neighborhoods, remarkable museum collections and endless shopping. Once the sun sets, the city heats up with world renowned performing arts, amazing dining and vibrant nightlife.

BUYER'S - Philadelphia has plenty to offer for anyone wishing to move to the area. Known as the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia is the sixth largest city in the country. Philadelphia is becoming a major player in the movie production industry.

SELLER'S - Today's Real Estate market makes it absolutely imperative that you hire an experienced Realtor to help SELL your home and make sure it's in 1) top showing condition, 2) priced right, and 3) marketed & advertised online. Let a realtor show you how to get the HIGHEST POSSIBLE PRICE and your home SOLD in the shortest time with the LEAST stress to you and your family.
